Aim & Scope
It has five sections. The first of them is dedicated to doctrinal studies on matters of a diverse nature in the field of Commercial Law. The second is aimed at legal practice and it publishes works that, either because of their content or because of their eminently pragmatic purpose, are intended to be working tools in the legal-commercial field. The third section contains articles on matters of interest related to taxation in the business world. The fourth contains critical comments on judgments, mainly from the Supreme Court, or resolutions from the General Directorate of Registries and Notaries, all of them of interest due to the subject matter and their recent nature. And finally, the last section contains reviews of books or doctoral theses of academic interest. Likewise, the magazine publishes on an annual basis an extraordinary monographic issue. [1]
