Aim & Scope
Work & Stress is an international, multidisciplinary quarterly, presenting refereed academic papers relating to stress, health and safety, and performance (empirical reports, reviews, case studies and theoretical papers), as well as articles of concern to the policymakers, managers and trades unionists who have to deal with such issues. It presents individual, social, organizational and societal issues in relation to the nature of stress and its management, defined in the broadest sense. [1]
