Journal Innotec

Aim & Scope

INNOTEC is an open-access publication arbitrated by a committee of external reviewers and edited by the Uruguayan Technology Laboratory (LATU). The journal contains unpublished original articles and their periodicity is semi-annual (January-June and July-December), in the form of continuous publication. The aim of the journal is the dissemination and transfer of knowledge in the areas of Forest, Environment, Metrology and Food Technology. INNOTEC is aimed at academics, researchers and technicians from the Uruguayan and international scientific community. [1]
