International Journal of Management Science and Engineering Management is a non-profit international academic journal. The journal publishes original works with practical significance and academic value. IJMSEM commit itself to provide a platform for researchers and practitioners of Management Science, Engineering Management and Engineering Science, to share ideas, exchange experiences. It covers a wide range of areas including all management issues in Engineering Science. IJMSEM focuses on identification of problems of Management Science in engineering, innovatively and effectively using management theroy and methods to solve these problems, establishing a new management theory and method through collective efforts facing the new management issues in engineering. IJMSEM prefers papers with practical background, clear description, effective physical and mathematical model, physical model with practical significance and theoretical framework, realizable framework of algorithm and successful practical applications. IJMSEM also takes into account management papers of original contributions in one or several aspects of these elements. [1]
