Journal Journal of Business Continuity and Emergency Planning

Aim & Scope

Journal of Business Continuity & Emergency Planning is the definitive new professional publication for executives responsible for business continuity and emergency management, response and recovery. Published quarterly and guided by an expert Editorial Board of leading corporate and public sector managers, each 100 page issue combines provocative thought-leadership pieces – which expand what can be achieved with business continuity and emergency management – with actionable advice and ‘lessons learned’ from fellow practitioners, showing how plans have been specified, designed, implemented, tested and maintained, as well as how interruptions and emergencies have been managed and recovery effected in practice. Its peer-reviewed articles, briefings and case studies focus on key business issues – not technical minutiae – and provide practical, intellectually rigorous analysis. In addition to improving management practice, they support practitioners in their executive development and in demonstrating to the boardroom the contribution which effective preparedness can and does make towards organisational goals. Each issue of Journal of Business Continuity & Emergency Planning publishes: Authoritative articles, best-practice guides and briefings by leading business continuity and emergency planning experts, analysing the latest developments, trends and leading-edge thinking.
