Aim & Scope
The Korean Journal of Applied Statistics, established in 1987, is the official journal of the Korean Statistical Society. Abbreviated title is 'KJAS'. The journal welcomes only original research articles for the form of publication and all of the manuscripts are peer-reviewed. The journal contains articles dedicated to application research in various fields of statistics and probability, or contributing to applied statistics through innovative data analysis and interpretation. However, articles dealing with statistical education are also welcomed. The journal is published bi-monthly ( 6 times a year) on the last day of February, April, June, August, October, and December. The Korean Journal of Applied Statistics publishes articles on theoretical and methodological research in the areas of Statistics and Probability. It welcomes articles on innovative applications of the statistical methodology as well as statistical education. [1]
