Aim & Scope
The Journal is published by the Indian Society of Labour Economics which is a broad-based organisation in which all schools of analysis are welcome to participate. Aimed at promoting studies in labour economics, employment relations and related topics, it features peer reviewed articles, research notes, book reviews, documentation and statistical information, particularly in the context of India and other developing countries. More than 50 articles are published every year. The Journal, currently in its 47th year of publication, is the only one of its kind in Asia on labour studies. [1]
