Aim & Scope
Frontiers in Toxicology is an interdisciplinary, open-access journal presenting the latest research on the adverse effects of substances, particles and mixtures on living organisms, from molecular mechanisms to population level effects. The journal aims to disseminate research from international academic researchers, clinicians, regulatory authorities and industry, providing a platform for exchanges across research areas and between those at the forefront of toxicological research. The journal will feature research on the advances in risk assessment and regulation, identification of novel endpoints, pathways or mechanisms of toxicity, in silico testing strategies, new or relevant tools and methods for toxicological research as well as review and opinion pieces on state-of-the-art research in toxicological sciences.
