Aim & Scope

Journal of Management and Training for Industries (JMTI) is a peer reviewed journal published by the Institute of Industrial Applications Engineers, Japan and is indexed by ProQuest, EBOSCO and JSTOR. It aims to provide academic professionals, researchers, policy-makers and practitioners a forum to discuss issues and newly emerging trends in the field of management and training for industries from a multi-disciplinary perspective. Both review and original papers are welcome as long as they are of high quality. We especially look forward to articles covering a wide range of topics with the latest information. Contributions with significant theoretical and practical implications will be given serious focus and attention.Papers should be written either in English or Japanese.
