Aim & Scope
Open Information Science (OIS) is a new, open access, cross-disciplinary, single-blind peer-reviewed journal that presents original research on all areas of Library and Information Sciences. It aims to publish the research papers on the most recent issues and developments in the field. OIS is particularly interested in the dissemination of the intellectual efforts of the global academic community in this field. This journal is going to be helpful for researchers, specialists, teachers and practitioners of librarianship. Scope of the OIS includes: Library&Information Science – Theory&Practice; Research Methods&Information Seeking; Information Literacy; Digital Libraries; School&Academic Libraries; Archiving, Collections – Cultural Heritage&Preservations.
